Here at Little Sprouts Academy, we have a passion for people! You as a member of our family will feel our purpose statement which is to “build people up so that may in turn build up others!” We look forward to building you and your family up!

LIKE HOME
As a parent, you are the child’s primary caregiver. We value building on home experiences to help your child reach their full potential at each milestone. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable home away from home experience. Your child will learn and develop in a carefully planned, nurturing environment!
CLASSROOMS
Little Sprouts Academy serves children ages six weeks to twelve years old. Your child will be placed into one of six to eight classrooms (depending on location) based on age and developmental stage. Our teachers facilitate growth by setting individual developmentally appropriate goals.
PLAY-BASED
Your child will thrive in our play-based program, which is widely known as “best practice” in the early childhood field. Your child will enjoy a wide variety of activities to prepare them for success in life. From learning to inquire and solve problems to actively exploring and engage the world around them!
ECO-HEALTHY
We will work hard to surround your child with a healthy environment and are endorsed by the Children’s Environmental Health Network. Whether it’s food, water, soap, cleaning products, air, building materials, or toys—we strive to have as healthy of an environment as possible for your little loved one!
S.T.E.A.M
Through our S.T.E.A.M. approach, your child will gain a foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math through hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities. These are centered on social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. We focus on sprouting a love of learning in your child!
ORGANIC FOODS
We believe in providing your child with the best food as we can. We strive for all-natural or organic, and we work hard to introduce new and healthy foods as well!
NATURE PLAY
Your child will learn through play and exploration in our nature-based playgrounds, certified by Nature Explore. Our playgrounds are built using natural landscape and materials, with features such as a slide on a hill, logs for seating, lots of grass and trees, and wood playground equipment!
SAFE & CLEAN
You and your child will feel comfortable in our classrooms as they are cleaned daily with a two-step sanitizing procedure. Also as we promote healthy hygiene practices such handwashing techniques for children and adults. Secure entrances ensure only authorized people enter.
GUIDANCE
Your child will be guided by approaches such as Love and Logic, which uses humor, hope, and empathy to build adult/child relationships. This technique emphasizes respect and dignity for both children and adults, provide real limits in a loving way, teach consequences, and healthy decision-making.
LESSON PLANS
Your child will thrive from lesson plans based on state standards and themes in the classroom. Lessons will have components that focus on your child’s individual goals. Your child will naturally enjoy learning through play as well as through large and small group activities centered around selected themes.
CERTIFIED STAFF
At Little Sprouts Academy, you will be confident your child is receiving quality care and education. Our team is background checked, highly qualified, and given opportunities through the year for professional development. You will feel that our team genuinely cares about building your family up!
TUITION ASSISTANCE
You may have the opportunity for tuition assistance as Little Sprouts Academy is proud to partner with Child Care Aware® of America to support U.S. military/DOD families. We also partner with Minnesota and Wisconsin Child Care Assistance to help families access great child care!
PARENT APP
You will stay connected with your child all day through Lifecubby or Procare Connect, a free app and online program that tracks your child’s day for eating, sleeping, and diapering, as well as content from teachers such as child observations, pictures, general communications, and assessments!
